Request a Euthanasia Appointment

We strive to accommodate euthanasia requests with short notice to the best of our ability, as we understand there can be urgency in these moments. Online euthanasia requests submitted with this form will be responded to within 12-24 hours (often sooner!), with the exception of our clinic being closed on Sundays, and Statutory Holidays.
