Helping pet owners address problematic behaviours in their canine companions.
Understanding why your pet is behaving in an undesirable way can be very frustrating. Many behaviours can be considered inappropriate, such as aggression or reactivity, inappropriate urination or defecation, storm phobias, obsessive licking or chewing, and more.
Consulting with one of our veterinarians about your concerns is recommended to try and identify the motivation for the behaviour and determine how we can best try to diagnose it. It is important to rule out any underlying medical causes of problem behaviour before proceeding with treatment.
Behavioural cases may sometimes involve referral to a qualified trainer, or a veterinarian with a special interest in behavioural medicine.
